Advice: if you go by car and need navigation we suggest not to use the postcode RG8 8HE that could lead you to a private land. Just type the name on google search, the car park is just off A340, a 50m/h road, which could...More

We stumbled across this walk with free parking and off the beaten path...(only about 6-8 spots) Great across by the river Pang. Peaceful, relaxing, and easy terrain and leads up into beautiful Tidmarsh.

Nice little nature reserve between theale and pangbourne. Parking is on a slip road then you head east through the reserve. It was here that inspired the author of wind in the willows for some of his famous novel.
