Watched the searching film at 11:10 pm on a Saturday night and there were four people including myself and my son watching this film. we had popcorn. A fantastic time to watch the film. It was an amazing film from start to finish.

What an unwelcoming cinema. Escalator broken, stairs filthy underneath. Young staff who do not know what customer service is. A manager ?? Holding an interview by sweet counter !!. Carpets worn and seating ripped. Needs a makeover and new staff.
