A great little museum with a beautiful garden. Our son loved the dinosaur room, particularly dressing up in the dinosaur costumes. The cafe was reasonably priced and had a good range of drinks and snacks. Lots of artefacts and information. Worth a visit.

Accessible. Well laid out and labelled. Interesting for all ages. Staff knowledgeable and welcoming. Definitely a venue to be visited more than once. Also a cafe and many other outdoor attractions - like a full sized dinasoar

Eclectic collection of local artefacts from all periods from Stone Age to 21st century. Probably best for schoolchildren but worth an hour of anyone's time.

Just visted on the off chance. Great museum, free entry, nice gardens. Over three floors, lots of room all displaying different eras, with plenty of local information. Things for the children to do as well. Nice little gift shop. I would definitely visit again.
