Normally a visit to Blenheim Palace is one of my favourite days out, and I love going round the Palace itself. Today, however, the visit was ruined by a pile of junk deposited by someone called Pistoletto around the house, with stuff removed from the rooms to make room for the piles of rags and mirrors he had dumped there.... Pricey but we did exchange our tickets for a years membership credit card type with our photo on the front for id. Best value to buy a full ticket and convert it free for a whole years pass. We spent 2 days looking around and still didn't see it all. Lots of things for youngsters to do as well. Lovely place to have lunch or just a picnic.

This place deserves a visit. Gardens are fabulous, lake-side walk is very pleasant, and very well- maintained place. It's pricey but convert it to an annual pass for free.

It was nice to know about Churchil history since when he was a child until passed away. I could see the gardens, the rooms and spend some time relaxing on the grass.

This is a lovely place but really could do more to entertain children, and families. the staff in the palace are all very polite and helpful, its a shame as adding children's activities would encourage more families to attend.
