I work in manufacturing but not automotive. I had heard about the 5S and Kaizen techniques implemented at the Mini factory and wanted to see for myself. This was interesting for me from that perspective.

Visited the mini plant in oxford today as a birthday gift for my partner who is a mini fanatic! AMAZING! Terry our tour guide was knowledgeable and informative! Going the extra mile to ensure everyone is engaged and involved! Fantastic morning!

Hi David, There is no specific dress code for the tour, in terms of shoes as long as they are comfortable and closed (No sandals or flip flops) then there will be no problem! I hope you enjoy your tour! Cheers, Duncan
