I have visited this place several times. The room was quite spacious. There is air-con, although sometimes quite cold but they can change it. There was tea and coffee available. There was a bar there for use on other events
I was here for a conference and it was a bit shambolic. Signage was not right, the room we were in was literally freezing (we were eventually moved but really? and the food was pretty ordinary.

Slightly out of town but we managed to ask where the bus stop was that took us to right outside the stadium from Oxford city center. With our team Argyle coming away with a win made the journey back to our hotel all the more...More
Saw Oxford versus Plymouth. The stewards were moving around so much they restricted our view and were asked repeatedly to move out of the way. Huge traffic jams before and after the match. I would not go again.
The stadium itself is fairly modern with a good view from all the seats. I thought that the stewards were particularly cheerful and pleasant. It is a bit odd with one end open, but at least you can watch the cars in the boring bits....More
I had my first visit to the Kassam this month and whilst I was extremely happy with the result (Wigan won 7-0) it did not help generate any atmosphere by driving many home supporters to early Christmas shopping.
