On May 19 we took a walking tour of Oxford with Jeff. Jeff was interesting, passionate about the subject, informative and at times entertaining. Our tour went longer than advertised, and Jeff showed no interesting and cutting us short or not covering our questions. Our tour included stops in the Bodleian Library, The University Chapel, and several stops in New... More

Our guide Jeff was a little eccentric, not exactly out of place in Oxford, and great company. He was very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and informative, and clearly loved his subject, he kept us interested the whole time. If any of my friends take a tour I will recommend they get on one of yours. Thanks for a great 2 hours. Doug

The tour was well presented by Jeff who obviously has a love for the city and especially the university and colleges which this tour predominately focused on. We both enjoyed the 90 minutes and gained a greater understanding of the colleges.

Magnus was our guide. He knows a lot and has a nice way of telling his stories; the interaction with the group was nice. We had fun and it was a pleasant tour. We can fully recommend Magnus and Oxford walking tours!

The tour was unhurried. The code was pleasant and seemed to know his subject. We saw all that was advertised. Walked about 1.5 miles at a gentle pace

Just loved this walk which we took at the end of the day, by chance as we were walking past Trinity College Gate and so glad we did. Stuart was our guide and he was funny, informative, and managed to find a connection to Australia for us on our walk ( Joseph Bank's house), not to mention the pub where... More

We took this tour a few days ago on our visit to this wonderful city. Actually, it isn't like taking a tour at all. More like strolling around with a very articulate and knowledgeable friend. Stuart led our tour and his knowledge of the city, its history and the colleges as well as his dry sense of humor make this... More

Tim led us around "his" Oxford. He was born and grew up here and is studying for his D. Phil also. His love for the city shows through. We learnt and laughed while getting an excellent introduction to this amazing and odd historical and living place. He speaks clearly, has lots of stories, a good sense of timing and is... More
