Arrived at the end of the Castle cave tour to have a free look around. This is a fascinating place with lots of local history to absorb and engaging guides ready to relate additional facts. Well worth a visit.

Just loved the place -- so much to see -- the old building itself is a gen from the past. Maybe necessary to phone to check that it is open during your anticipated visiting time

We had a few hours to spare in Nottingham and came across this museum. What a find, something different in every room, lovely staff and volunteers.
