Saw two films here recently. Better than my last visit but this cinema is in need of a major refurbishment. Sound and picture quality good, but the seats are not the most comfortable and needs a good clean.

Would definitely recommend showcase cinema over this one. £24 for two adults To go and watch a film... a further £15 for two popcorns and two small drinks. The seats are definitely not as comfy as showcase. Also at the end of the film (not...More

Our first and last visit to this cinema On arrival there are very few staff on hand, heavy focus on selling fast food to take into the screening, Disgustingly filthy ladies toilets with overflowing sanitary bins and no seating for those waiting to go into...More

For my sins I have watched many films here, as it's convenient when in town. It's exactly what you would expect from Cineworld, expensive, under staffed, scruffy. The worst thing is that often there can be various light sources shining on the screen from exit...More

The cinema itself is great and maintained to a high standard. The ticket desk seems to be out of use, which doesn't seem to make any sense. Tickets had to be issued from the food kiosk, making long queue waiting for people just wanting tickets....More

Attend a free preview screening and this place is going down hill, maybe they realise Showcase is better in so many ways and just get the folk in the city who don't know any better. It has spacious interior which lacks nay atmosphere, disappointing staff.

went to watch sunju...we had reached earlier and were allowed to get in the cinema almost 25 minutes before the starting time .which was a blessing because usually the cinema s are not ready as there is not enough time between the shows.
