Only a 10-minute walk from the castle, this is a quiet little church in Lace Market. The current building is a few hundred years old, but there has been a church here for much longer and has ties to the legend of Robin Hood. Best...More

Such a lovely place very close to the city centre. Don't confuse it for the nearby structure the 'Picture and Piano' that is a pub restaurant. The church is a real original and well worth a short trip from town.

St. Mary's Church is a wonderful building with lovely stain glassed windows. Sadly there is not much information available about the church, but certainly worth a visit if you are in Nottingham.

The interior was closed when I went along, which was disappointing, but the outside is a great example of late Medieval/early Tudor architecture. I'll review this again if I ever get inside.

Fantastic old church, so full of character. Went to an event and the volunteers could not have been more helpful.
