A lovely lakeside walk on offer, approximately 1.25 miles. The lakeside arts cafe is available for food, there is usually an ice cream van, boats for hire and a new crazy golf under construction.

I walk around the lake in summer while my son swims at the uni pool. Well kept park with plenty of wildlife on show. There is a coffe shop that's opened now, not tried it yet but will do soon...

Went for a walk round the lake was very nice i not that mobile but found the paths easy to manage Was great to see the Ducks Swans and Squirrels I will be going back

Highfields is a park area and the paths are fine for wheelchairs. There is a cafe on site so would think there would be disabled toilet facilities. Best contact Nottingham City Council directly to double check.
