Quite simply this tour needs to be a mandatory requirement for all visiting Nottingham. Ade talks the talk and let's you walk the walk with him. Full of wit, charm, stimulating story telling & charisma how he tailors his tour to your needs is very impressive. Ade is Nottingham's legend. An absolute must do if you want some entertaining facts... More

I was responsible for organizing activities for 6 of us visiting from Arizona plus three family members that live in England. I scoured Trip Advisor looking for something in the area that might interest our diverse group. I read the rave reviews about the Nottingham Robin Hood town tour and arranged a bespoke tour. All I can say is that... More

Booked for an evening's fun during a two day team meeting. Ade is a great raconteur, managing to be witty and informative at the same time and his mind whirrs like a computer. He really brought the history of Nottingham alive and even threw in some Robin Hood facts for good measure. Highly recommended - we all enjoyed the passionate... More

An historical and witty tour by the actor, Ezekiel Bone, also known as THE Robin Hood of Nottingham - he did NOT disappoint. I was tasked with entertaining a group of people who were in the main, not from Nottingham and approached Ezekiel Bone to help organise and plan a tour of the Lace Market. Ezekiel Bone took us for... Despite living in Nottingham for over 20 years I can honestly say I've never had more engaging learning experience on a tour. Eziequel really does bring the untold story of Robin Hood alive, and isn't afraid to answer more general historical questions of the area. This tour certainly isn't a gimic, yet the fun never stops and you'll find the... More

We were with a crowd of 20-25 people, unfurling brollys about half the time, ears focused to learn of history and legend. We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent with Robin Ezekial Bone Hood en costume, walking 'round Central Nottingham, stopping at a number of local city sites, brollys unfurled about half the time one rainy Saturday afternoon. Well worth it,... More

This is a great town tour as the guide 'Ezekiel' is so enthusiastic - he just lives the part. There are not many amazing castles or buildings in Nottingham but Ezekiel is very knowledgable on the city history, we all learnt a lot. And it was fun! This is quite a long walking tour over 3 hours as after 2... More

We asked Robin to talk to us about the Lace Market and the Lace Industry. He agreed to do this and came in modern costume. We started off from The Cross Keys and wandered past the gracious town houses of High Pavement, going into the Church that is now a bar, complete with stain glass windows. On to St Mary the... More

Robin Hood, aka Ezekial Bone, is an extremely knowledgable and highly entertaining guide. He has a passion not just for the Robin Hood legend but also for Nottingham itself. He goes to great lengths to be sure that everyone is accommodated wirth regard to language and levels if prior knowledge. An incredibly heavy downpour of rain did not 'dampen' our... More
