Worth a stroll even if you only do a little bit of the wall. We were lucky as we did this late afternoon, with the afternoon sun lighting the beautiful minister.

Interesting to follow the walls around as they weave around central York. The parts near York Minster wee very busy. Much quieter and pleasant away from there. Would time future walk to be early or late in the day around York Minster.
