Quite small and ALL the grassed areas are covered in duck poo and I mean covered, not a place to take a child with ADHD for a kick about! The cafe was nice and chilled though

The best thing about this park is its proximity to great B&B's and the canal. When we visit we stay in a close B&B so that every morning we can take our son to the large play areas (there a two). He loves the zip...More

I love this park, it's so peaceful and relaxing. The fact it's near the river is perfect! It doesn't get too full and hectic but isn't so quiet that you're alone! I love walking through here when I've been into town, it's lovely!

If you park in Hospital Fields (on a Saturday or Sunday) you can park on the road for free and access the park near the Millennium Bridge. Hope that helps.
