They're not actually real dungeons. It's fun but a bit much for the average awkward Brit. Kids would probably love it though

We are a 75 minute, live-action journey through 2000 years of York's history, but we understand our name can be confusing at times.

Worth a visit if you are in York. We just expected this to be a bit more scary and jumpy. A really good setup of different rooms and actors taking you back to the days of torture etc. Unlucky for us we had a group...More

Interaction is always welcome, and any guests we deem too unruly may be removed if they begin to impact other visitors' enjoyment or the actors' well-being. Hopefully that didn't stop you having a scary fun time.

After deliberating how to spend some time in York we ended up here. The actors are fantastic and really try to get people involved, and you learn a lot along the way aswell. Would recommend it to anybody.
