Best beer pub I’ve ever been to. Fantastic selection; all in good condition; reasonably priced and great service. If it’s real ales and quality continental beers you’re after it’s all but unbeatable.

Brilliant beer and the biggest choice you will ever have. Often call in for a quick pint (don't tell the wife) and a roll.

We went to this pub as part of a beer tasting day. It certainly provided a huge of beers. The food consisted of pies and a few sandwiches which we had heard about. This proved to be the best of 13 pubs we visited

No music just good beer. It’s an old fashioned pub, friendly, full range of well kept real ales & continental lagers, livened up with good conversation. Music would be a distraction surely?
