Not for the first time duriong our stay at Norwich we took the train to Yarmouth, Norwich train station is a smart building, its got a restaurant, a few shops and good clean toilets, the customer service is very good too

Norwich train station is light, airy and clean. Staff are really helpful and guide to the right place. Train to London was also clean and well serviced. Really enjoy travelling from here. Great food and drink outlets on site and there are facilities close by...More

For a well used major terminus, the premises are kept very clean and the presence of staff in number and presentation was excellent. Shame that the sit in restaurant/bar closes early in the evening but there are other coffee/drinks outlets available. The only down side...More

All in all railway stations do leave a lot to be desired in terms of comfort and quality and Norwich is no exception. There are the usual overpriced food stalls, a cafe and a supermarket - so there is some choice. Toilets okay but small....More

Nice outside and clean inside the staff are not to helpful but am used to that would advise not to go near at night as there are a lot of drunk people there especially at the weekends

it's quite away you would need to get a bus to the UEA.
