We thought we would get a birdseye view on a double decker bus but all we saw were the backs of other buses and grey buildings. Not worth the money. Not many sights to actually see from the bus. Take the tube instead.

Our guide, Zozo, was terrific. He spent time individually with all of the guests on the tour and really helped look out for my 81-year-old mother. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He even gave us recommendations for pubs in London for after our return. All of the locations were interesting and definitely worth visiting. The only negative in our... More

We went on the Bath/Stonehenge Tour on May 11th with our tour guide Andrew and driver Kieran. I loved seeing the city of Bath and could have easily spent more time there. Stonehenge was fascinating as well. We really appreciated all the information we received while driving to and from and Andrew gave us some wonderful tips concerning other sites... More

What an amazing day this was! Omar was our guide and Armando was the driver. Both were great! Had a little trouble finding the office in the morning where you get in line for the bus. We wasted a lot of time at Victoria station when it is actually across the street at a modern looking shopping plaza with a... More

We booked a full day tour out of London that took us to Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, and Oxford University. Overall, this was a great and informative tour, though a couple of small problems kept it from being a 5 star experience. The tour left fairly early and we were nearly late trying to find the office. After leaving the Underground,... More

This was a lot to see in one day but they have it down to a science and it really is possible and enjoyable. They got us to Windsor Castle early, just a couple minutes before opening so we weren't crowded or rushed there. On the way to the castle our tour guide, Andrew, pointed out some of the London... I had one of the best day with Andrew as our tour guide in the Winsor Castle, Stonehenge and Oxford trip. He was so informative and had interesting stories to tell about all the sites we visited. And what would we do without our coach driver Laslo...Thank you all so much!!!

The Hop On Hop Off bus gives you a great over view of London and other cities that this type of tour is offered in. We got to most of our sightseeing destinations by using this one day pass, which came with our purchase of The London Pass. We used the day to see the whole city, then stayed on... More

Would be better if he can give us story behind while on bus instead of just saying how disgusting, weird or dirty the building is and worst how good the ice creAm with 26-28 flavors.... the whole day.... Forgot his name but his Scottish and Armando is our driver. Though his okay and tried to help and suggest things to... More

Buses only run around 11am-4pm and are stuck in traffic so walking is three times as fast. Far too few buses so you have to wait 30-40 minutes for the next one. Don't waste your money on this (or any other) hop-on hop-off bus in London.

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
