I have been to Excel on many occasions; this was the first fair I have been to that filled the entire place, with all the halls in use, with Europe and technology on one side and the Rest of the World on the other.
Never been here before but was really impressed with the venue. Toilets were plentiful and I never had to queue, places to eat were great, lots of choice and we always managed to find somewhere to sit down at eat food within a few minutes....More
Its more like an indoor fair with some poor shows.
- Really expensive if you factor in adult tickets, where there is nothing for adults to do

Each event will vary on organiser. Last few times I went it was fine but backpacks were opened and searched. May be worth an email to comic con. Let me know what you find out please as my daughter is going and taking a back... More
