I had the “Made for Life” treatment and couldn't rate it highly enough. From the moment I stepped into the hotel to the moment I left, I felt welcomed and well attended to (but not suffocated) by the helpful and friendly staff. The therapist was fantastic; checking temperatures and pressures to make sure I was comfortable. The relaxation pods are... More

Relaxing and tranquil spa, pleasant service and peaceful. Standard massage, not the best and expensive for what it was. Wouldn't go again as I felt it's over-priced and not good value for money.

Amazing Eve Lom facial at the Agua spa - Diane, the therapist, was wonderful. Highly recommend. Took one star off the rating for the irritating music in the relaxation pod area - other than this, it was perfect!

Simply the best spa in town. The staff are incredibly attentive (but also know when to leave you alone) The relaxation pods are a must-do and the amenities are excellent. You will not go wrong going here.

We visited the Sanderson hotel in order to use the Spa facilities as we were staying in a sister hotel and the service was fantastic. The staff on the desk were extremely helpful and the doorman got us a taxi when we were leaving the spa, nothing appeared to be too much trouble. The spa itself is amazing and extremely... More

I received a 'signature package' for my birthday. The whole experience was phenomenal. Starting with the lift to the spa which has a 3D galaxy decoration. The spa itself does not have walls, instead each area is sectioned off by think white curtains. It's incredibly quiet and serene. The showers are idyllic and set you up for an afternoon of... More

Yesterday I had an amazing pampering experience at Aqua spa, treating myself and my baby bump to a luxurious pre-natal massage. The massage was absolutely excellent, I felt that it has taken away all the physical stress and strains on all muscles of my body. I left rejuvenated and completely relaxed. I would recommend it to all mums to be!!!

The entire experience was just unforgettable Staff was very friendly and extremely professional. Helena, in particular, was wonderful! I had a very relaxing Swedish massage and for the first time in months I have woken up with no neck pain. Would recommend to all my friends and will definitely go back

I arrived early and was able to enjoy the steam room and relaxation area before a fantastic deep tissue massage. Flowing white drapes and the sound of bubbling water Made for a very relaxing setting. The spa is clean and the staff are professional and friendly. I highly Recommend Matthew for a deep tissue massage....all kinks and knots have disappeared!
