Having recently visited I have to say staff at the box office are the most unhelpful staff you could ever wise to meet. Unknowledgeable, snotty up their own backsides and dam right rude!

Quicker and cheaper to take the airport express from Paddington, so taxi to there. If it's Heathrow you mean.
