My sister and I paid £62 each for a 40 minute treatment at the spa, with access to the facilities before and after our treatments. The massages were really good, the staff were lovely and helpful, the decor really nicely done, and it generally felt...More

This was my first time in a spa, so I don't have much to compare with, but I thought it was great. To be honest, I've never really been interested in spending any time in a spa, but this was really excellent - I booked...More

This place is a hidden gem! The Moroccan theme is very nice and I was greeted with such warming customer service by the receptionist. She took me around the spa to show me what other facilities were available and that I could spend as much...More

Very pleasant helpful easy going staff, great ambience. Brilliant massage, scrub and facial. Not the best place to go alone, everyone else in group or couple but that’s not the fault of the spa! Will be going again definitely.

Amazing experience. Staff were so kind and made sure we had everything we needed but weren't invasive at all. We had our own space and time to enjoy the facilities and didn't feel rushed. This was a great experience and we will be booking again...More

This is a very good central based Hotel/Suites with swimming pool, spa and other facilities. Staff are welcoming and very helpful indeed. Car park on site at a cost but it is central London

The pool is small and has to cater to the needs of all people using it. Residents, gym members, swimming lessons, pool work out sessions etc.. Its not just a leisure pool in a hotel.
