We went to see Rambert 2, young artists setting out on their professional career. Challenging and thought - provoking dance. As always Sadlers Wells offers a great ambience for a wide variety of dance experiences.

Liked the piece Second Breath. Had a cheap seat but good view and really comfortable. Personally, hated the first piece No Man's Land. Nearly fell asleep.

A very varied and eclectic set of works by Osipova and her (male) partners; the first performances of more modern pieces were less interesting than the later more classically choreographed works to my mind ....... and the audience seemed to agree as the final two...More

Went to see the Matinee showing of Carmen Cubana - a birthday treat. From start to finish was entertained to the max. Loved the dancing, singing and whole atmosphere in the theatre. Our Seats, in Circle 1, was very comfortable too.

As regular theatre and ballet fans of over twenty years we see a lot of shows. This is THE BEST SHOW I HAVE EVER SEEN in London. It’s a modern dance led musical/dynamic operetta. Classifying the show is hard, but it is brilliant. The leading...More

Owing to its proximity to Smithfield Market – the site
of an ancient meat market which remains in operation
today – Clerkenwell boasts a plethora of globally
renowned restaurants, fabulous local eateries, and
some of London's favorite pubs. This isn't merely a
focal point for all things foodie though. Spend enough
time wondering through the area's maze of streets and
you might become accustomed to the litany of slinky

Crown Plaza at Kings X is about £100 and good value for what it is but Travelodge is clean and adequate at £49. They are equidistant. Have a fun trip!
