Having realised that closing down one of the best and safest nightclubs in the world was an act of grave misjudgement, Islington council and the Met police have worked with Fabric to enable it to open again from this weekend, and I was lucky enough to get a ticket for Saturday 7th. As always, the door staff were friendly, efficient... More

I've been london for 3 months and went fabric 4 or 5 times. Sure, we can talk about some problems about fabric. For example, it was always crowded, sometimes you can never find the space to dance. However, fabric is the club that you can be sure there is always good music.

Been visiting Fabric for 3 years and have never left with anything negative about this place. Very convenient location next to Farringdon station and the area feels like a safe environment as well as the club. They do search you thoroughly on the way in but they are friendly and polite with it but there's been times I've witnessed them... More

I am writing this review with a very heavy heart and what Fabric ment to me. Fabric was more than just a club it was an institution. A leader with in the clubbing industry where t produced and breed some of the best Dj's world over. In recent days Fabric secruity team reputation has been scrutinised and bashed. I can... More

If you're looking to get down and have a good time nothing beats Fabric for an authentic London clubbing experience. Come prepared for a big night.

Last of the hardcore venues in London.. NYC have copied. This is a soul to too soul venue with the lastest DJ flexing. If you want underground experiences this is the last club who can provide.

Reading these reviews made me confused. I expect lots of people went due to its high status + recommendation, and were then bitterly disappointed by a dark, minimal, underground club experience. Fabric is the best club in London if youre into the underground music scene (mostly techno house grime dub), but if you just want a jolly dance go to... More

We went to Fabric on sunday and even then we enjoyed the atmosphere! People started to come 30minutes after the club was opened and in an hour the dancefloor was full of people dancing. Drinks cost as much as anywhere else. Staff were very friendly to us, i don't know why people complain that they aren't friendly. If you need... More

Staying in Clerkenwell

Neighbourhood Profile
Clerkenwell
Owing to its proximity to Smithfield Market – the site of an ancient meat market which remains in operation today – Clerkenwell boasts a plethora of globally renowned restaurants, fabulous local eateries, and some of London's favorite pubs. This isn't merely a focal point for all things foodie though. Spend enough time wondering through the area's maze of streets and you might become accustomed to the litany of slinky models passing between Clerkenwell's handful of fashion houses. Far outnumbering the models are craftspeople and designers, many of them are more than happy to welcome visitors into their studios and showrooms.
