Called the spa on 22/06/17 to purchase a birthday voucher for my sister's 35th birthday. Unfortunately the girl on the phone was extremely rude and arrogant. Was a shocking experience really. Purchase the gift voucher in Bentley spa, South Kensington instead.

The atmosphere and attention to detail were greatl. It really felt like a Turkish Hammam. The cave where the massage and exfoliation were conducted was super! I really appreciated the care the therapists used in dealing with their clients. Everyone was happy and courteous...even at...More

Me and my partner were very disappointed with this spa. We were put on a single hot stone and was being scrubbed brutally with both our exfoliated dead skins all over each other... We were then asked to go and wash the body mask where...More

Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods
cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience.
Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged
between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the
southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of
Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as
pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The
bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it

There's street parking, it's very expensive plus you will be charged the congestion charge for the day. Personally I would probably park at Westfield shopping centre at white city and then get the circle line to Edgeware... More
