    Accessibility support was excellent
Beautiful theatre. I broke my ankle a week before the performance and was nervous about how I would get around the theatre. I didn’t need to worry. A huge thank you to Lazlo to looking after me (and my scooter). What terrific service! Lazlo was so thoughtful and made sure I was ok before the performance, in the interval and after the show. Limited mobility is stressful but the Noel coward theatre took a lot of the stress away.

    Great theatre
Fabulous theatre and amazing show! Went to see The Ocean at the End of the Lane, based on a Neil Gaiman book. The show was so well staged that I can thoroughly recommend it. The staff were very conscientious - even during the show they were very evident and ensuring people's safety. I also think one staff member got some water for a man that was coughing a lot, which is definitely above and beyond! (I don't know for sure as he was behind me, but she spoke to him, left, and came back with something for him).

Loved seeing The Ocean at the End of the Lane here
Saw The Ocean at the End of the Lane here before it closed. The staff were all lovely and the theatre was gorgeous. The Ocean at the End of the Lane brought me to tears, it was so well done. If it comes back and you have a chance to watch it, please go see it.

Motive and the Cue - Fantastic Production
We went to see The Motive and the Cue. Mark Gatiss played Sir John Gielgud and was amazing, great performance, visibly and vocally he was very believable. Big shout out to Johnny Flynn who plays Richard Burton. His performance and his energy and passion really showed what an incredible actor he is and one I shall be watching.

    Long live the King
We saw The Player Kings. A pretty much 4hr play with Ian McKellan. A great adaptation and a very well acted performance by all the cast. A massive thank you to the theater for upgrading our seats from poor view to a brilliant Royal Circle view.

    Great Venue
Great venue , very helpful and friendly staff, plenty of places to get a drink and the toilets were spotless. Seats were very comfortable - just as well as the show was 3.5 hours long. We went to see Player Kings with Ian McKellen - outstanding performance from him and an outstanding production , definitely a must see.

Staff poorly trained ! Refused a drink as they said I was intoxicated! When I challenged this and called a manager they changed there mind ! Really wouldn’t give no more money to this theatre! On coming home sent a complaint. And was told this was investigated, they said they saw one of us trip ! This definitely was not the case. And even if we did , so you not think the staff should have come see if we was ok ! Or to check if we was drunk ! Very disappointed ! Has turned me if going to a theatre ever again ! The bar area was way to over crowded due to the top bar being closed ! And I’m sure this would have created a health and safety issue ! Poor staff attendance training , rude grumpy , and the show wasn’t that great either ! Shame I was a theatre lover ! Not no more

The worst front of house staff I have ever encountered in 40 years of regular theatre going in London. I complained, unusual for me, to the theatre management, who did offer me some recompense, which I declined, because that was not the purpose of the complaint. They were astonishingly, rude and high-handed, and having regard to the fact theatres are still in recovery mode post Covid, I couldn’t believe it.

As others have said the theatre is beautiful but one male toilet with one sit down cubicle is unacceptable. Surely the theatre owners could invest some of the money they make from the steep ticket prices in better facilities
