It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Nice garden square in Bloomsbury surrounded by the various departs of Great Ormond Street hospital. Been here a few times. The lawns are always well kept and is a nice green space in busy London. Most of the people who use the space seem to be hospital workers and patients, so it's definitely a different from the usual London crowd. Inside there's several monuments to individuals with connections to the hospital, Queen Charlotte, Leonard Wolf and Andrew Mellor,

Look what somebody made how lovely. This is near to Great Ormond Street Hospital. Peaceful quiet area. Sometimes there are stalls to buy things.

The Park itself is unkept. It could be beautiful but there is loads of rubbish left around. Shame really as the other surrounding parks are beautiful.

This oasis of peace is just a stone’s throw away from the bustle of Holborn and right next to the iconic Great Ormond Street children’s hospital. The square has medical buildings lining three sides, including the National Hospital for Neurology. There is also St George’s Church and the Mary Ward Centre. The gardens in the middle are lovely and beautifully kept, with a number of statues including one of Queen Charlotte and another of the entrepreneur, Lord Wolfson.

Queen Square Park and Garden s a garden square located in the affluent area of Bloomsbury in central London. The gardens themselves are well maintained with paved paths that take you to all the statues in the park. I noticed that there were four, a smallish one of a playful cat on a wall, the largest being a statue of Queen Charlotte,, the wife of King George III.

Surrounding the gardens are mostly buildings belonging to University College London, specifically the medical institutes attached to the university. There's no real reason to go out of the way to visit the park, but it's a nice place to sit and enjoy some Georgian architecture in a nice park in a nice area of London.
