When you are shopping away in Marylebone not far from Baker Street, you should definitely pop in to see St James Church. It is so amazing and beautiful inside. You won't be disappointed.

This is a large central London church very close to the Wallace collection museum. It can be a relaxing place to contemplate when you have had enough of the busy streets of London. Entrance is free.

There are few places that wow you like this. This is on the same level of beauty and awe as the Basilica in Rome and blue mosque in Istanbul. It is stunning! It is also hidden, so unassuming. Definitely with a short trip to look...More

This is a church your GPS might direct you to while you are looking for St. James (Piccadilly). The latter is a Christopher Wren church, while this one, Roman Catholic, is not. That is not to say it is not a substantial church in its...More

Beautiful inside, just off the Marylebone High Street and worth a visit even if you’re not attending services. They do a mass in Latin on Sundays which is really interesting if you haven’t experienced it. The whole service isn’t in Latin, just some of the...More

Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods
cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience.
Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged
between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the
southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of
Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as
pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The
bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it

For details of the parish clergy see the St James, Spanish Place website. I suppose Fr. Benson might be a visiting priest, but he hasn't said Mass there recently so far as I know.
