    Surprisingly packed and exciting.
A big cultural shift but we came at short notice and found the stadium almost full for the Chicago v St Louis game. A bit difficult to follow, both as to the rules and significance of the plays. Can’t quite understand vehicles English school girls can knock a ball all over the place in rounders but that if a pitcher is half decent even a ranking batter can make little headway. We had to very frequently look to the scoreboard to follow progress in any direction. Bit surprising how even in an uneven game everything can tern KN the final innings. We came away without any merchandise but did end with a well drained big plastic pretend bat which had been full of almost acceptable beer. All round the stadium was good and it was an enjoyable afternoon. Would probably do it again.

Cubs vs Cardinals at London Stadium
The workers in this stadium did an outstanding job of converting the stadium to a baseball layout for the Cubs vs Cardinals series. The view from our upper deck seats was great and it was a lot of fun with fans from around the world. I recommend seeing this Major League Baseball event next year when it is the Mets vs Phillies.

    Pleasant Experience.
I came here for The Weeknd in concert last night. Surprised how huge the stadium is! Everyone working on the night seemed friendly and there was free water points (just make sure you bring a bottle of water with you on the night as you will get dehydrated). Toilet facilities were very clean. Well worth the money to come here. I’ll be back!

    Weeknd concert
I saw the Weeknd who was absolutely fantastic. Getting to our seat was a challenge when one of the workers sent us the wrong way! Inside the prices were ridiculous as usual so that’s why we ate before hand. Beers are like £7, food £10+, soft drinks £4.50.

    Concert in stadium
Writing this review as couldn’t find much about concerts in stadium! The Weeknd performing in stadium, sat in block 249 row 59, easy to get into stadium. Facilities were ok but expect to queue ladies for the toilets. Bar queues were huge but overall not bad value, would have preferred more cider choices. Seating isn’t that steep and we’re able to stand in seats and dance in case you have fears of heights! After concert we were ushered in one long queue to tubes/taxis/buses by stewards with go/no go signs this worked pretty well although it was dry weather! Make sure you know which tube station you want as branches off the top and goes round in circles!

Fabulous venue- terrible food in stadium though!
Athletics- fabulous venue. Excellent viewing wherever you were in stadium. Very good crowd management after sell out Diamond League Athletics- 50,000 people all leaving together. Expect to walk 20 plus mins minimum to gwt to tube/train station. A great stadium. Only complaint was disgusting limited expensive food options. Definitely eat before you go!

Athletics Great - food value and choice awful !
We have been at the Stadium many times. Olympics and other Diamond League meetings. With a 50,000 crowd you expect delays and certain queuing after the event and the queue was managed quite well. What is terrible is the food offering in the venue. My wife is a veggie and there is zero choice and that is at at an Athletics meet where you would expect good healthy living and food to be part of the agenda. It was the same last time at the Athletics event. We have made the mistake of thinking they may have resolved the hotdogs and popcorn choice but NO ! The answer for any future event is bring your own food in as the offering inside is rubbish. The Athletics was great as is the stadium for this type of event.

    Diamond League, Diamond Stadium …..
Genuinely can’t fault anything over the day, as we enjoyed the Diamond League Athletics meeting here. Our journey to the stadium was painless and well managed by staff overall, who directed us to the correct bridge and then the correct turnstile. I simply passed my phone back through the barriers to each member of the group, who scanned their barcode before doing the same. No queues at the programme kiosk either, where I picked up my free event programme. Inside, the stadium was as magnificent as it was externally. Again, no queues, with a quick service for Beers (£7.50 per drink was steep but fully expected due to city prices). We had toilets next to our block and our seats were in a fantastic location! The event itself was brilliant - smoothly run and thoroughly entertaining. Would happily consider another visit next year. The stadium is up there with one of the best i’ve been to - modern, grand and home to a fantastic atmosphere!

    Home of The Hammers
The London Stadium was opened in 2012 for the start of the Olympic Games when they were held in London. Once this was over there was speculation about what was going to happen to the stadium. There were rumours it would be taken over by a football team and in the end West Ham United relocated there. The most central station to get to is Stratford which is served by trains from Hertfordshire, Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk. There is also the Elizabeth Line which runs from Shenfield to Heathrow Airport and Reading and has loads of handy connections to other routes. There is also the Overground, Docklands Light Railway, Central and Jubilee Lines. From this station you can get to Olympic Park via the Westfield Shopping Centre and there are lots of restaurants and bars if you want to get some alcohol before you visit the stadium. The closest station to the stadium is Pudding Mill Lane which is on the DLR and fairly close by. As it is the home of the Hammers the stadium is decorated in claret and blue and on the doors into the stadium are the words to their song "I'm forever blowing bubbles". The Olympic Park is dry so you cannot take alcohol into the park. There are places dotted around the stadium selling food and drink. There is also the West Ham store where you can get your WHFC merchandise.

Pricey drinks but everything else ok
Attended the sidemen v you tube all stars football match with my son. Had a great view from our seats. Didn’t buy any food within the stadium but £4.65 for a bottle of prime was a bit steep! Very pleased there were water points all over the ground on such a hot day. Stewards really helpful in getting us into the ground. Ladies toilets very clean

We played against West Ham and traveled together. Everything went fine, and I enjoyed visiting a stadium one more time in my life!

We came here as away supporters for Bayer 04 Leverkusen in their Europa League match against West Ham one evening in April recently. We had walked over to the stadium from a local pub and eventually found the entrance for the away fans. Security was tight but we had no problems gaining entry. Everybody seemed to be very friendly.

We had tickets high up in the stands which meant that it was difficult to make out the individual players on the pitch. We were well under the cover of the roof which I think helped to ensure that the roar of the fans was preserved. The atmosphere was fantastic and the whole stadium is modern and simply impressive. And it got even better when we scored a late equalizer goal to ensure passage through to the semi finals of this important competition.

All in all, a fantastic stadium combined with a great result.

Went to the London Stadium to see the National Baseball League the St. Louis Cardinals and the Chicago Cubs went head-to-head on the 25 June 2023. The stadium itself was well designed with lots of toilets, food and drink and of course merchandise. Staff were helpful and there was a great family atmosphere in the stadium. My first time seeing a professional game of baseball - there were plenty of Americans there in fan gear supporting their team and who knew what was happening. It would have been helpful if the Umpire or someone explained the game via the tannoy so we would knew what was happening or better still, if they had a brief demonstration game to explain the rules before the professional game that may have helped, especially, if they are trying to make baseball 'the next best thing' in the UK. The questions being asked between us and other people watching ‘what just happened?’ and many blank faces and arms raised in ‘I don’t know!’ may have been reduced. While I am not a baseball fan by the end of the match, I was starting to have my favourite players. They managed to keep the fun-factor going in between play and despite the lack of understanding at times – we all still managed to have a good time. The NBL are planning to come back every year, for a family day out – try it and it still gets 5 stars!

Did a tour of the stadium with my mate (who's a hammer thru and thru). Can honestly say it was the best London stadium tour I've ever been on. Lawrence the tour guide knew loads about the history of the club, Kurt Zouma, and the grass. And he was great craic. Ended up going for a pint with him after. Needed more photos of Mark Noble though.

Very disappointing tour experience comparing to a previous visit to Emirat and Chelsea stadiums.
The tour in London stadium is shorter, no trophies, no conference studio visit.
The guide was rushing as if he was doing it for free..
I won't advise anyone who is after a good experience to chose this particular stadium.

A lifelong Hammers supporter, having a tour of the stadium was a dream come true. Thoroughly enjoyed our tour from start to finish and Joe, our guide, was very informative and very pleasant, a real asset to the club

Just amazing to see everything close up

We were looking forward to West Ham stadium . It seems impressive on the outside but the entire stadium seems to lack the character of a football stadium. That’s because it’s an athletics stadium as well therefore the angles and edges we see if traditional grounds are not there. It’s an oval stadium, modern. The disappointment was that the shop was closed on 27th December. Most of the stadium stores were already opened so to come all the way and not access the store was disappointing.

I decided to try for carabao cup tkts for arsenal match as been meaning to go to the new stadium as premiership prices are too dear. Its hard in the dark trying to wind your way from stratford station but i just followed the fans as you could see stadium in distance.

its about 15 mins walk to ground then depending on your stand a bit longer to entrances. its like wembley but in the east! plenty of food outlets outside ground and more inside.
The tickets were £11 OAP and even £11 adult where I sat so a bargain for key game like that. Its a bit of a polava filling out registration online just to get tkts but I persevered.
Knowing they would go quickly at that price for london opponents i tried on the general sale day and spent some time looking at seating plan. its not very easy to find
prices u want as it depends where u sit. not knowing the ground this took some time and you hover over a stand and see what prices they charge for each block! As its in bands it doesnt say which stand or even what stand u are looking at until you book it!

i managed to find the £11 seats in the bobby moore stand which is behind 1 goal. I got aisle seat 15 rows up in upper tier by corner flag well under cover! i expected by roof at those prices so well happy as its about 40 rows to roof! you had a good view of far goal being high up.

I would not recommend any further behind goal than corner flags as bobby moore stand upper is so far from pitch u may as well be at home or pub! this is because lower tier has a bar area behind seats which sets the upper so far back as its not directly above lower tier like most grounds.

good game and strong squads plenty of goals 3-1 and 60,000 as u would expect.
even a few school parties came to the match. overall an enjoyable first trip and would recommend for either cup games if priced like this match. the pricing system is extensive on website with 4 categories for games with complicated banding system.
Extensive review hope this helps with first time visitors.
living in west london I found it quite easy to get home 90 mins. took about 30 mins staggered to get to stratford station as stewards delay the crowds but it was well managed. even got elizabeth line to bond street which was quick.
