Take binoculars - this ground was not designed for football and you will find yourself a long way from the action and meagre atmosphere. Catering facilities not designed for a half time rush - be prepared to miss some of the game if you want...More

The old Upton Park ground was much loved, but truth is it was a bit of a toilet. This new stadium has had many teething problems, not least when legend Billy Bonds said it was not built to be a football stadium. However it is...More

Visited here as an away fan for a game against the tenants. Was near the front of the upper tier. I don't think I've ever been in a stadium so far away from the pitch. Amazingly far. Nevertheless it's a relatively good view from all...More

This is my second visit to the new home of the hammers. Having been a season ticket holder at the old ground, I was reluctant to accept the change. Had a great experience, view was good, even though I was about 15 rows from the...More

Having been a season ticket holder at Upton Park for a few years I was obviously very apprehensive about the change in Stadium. To add, we had been to the stadium in Athletics mode on Super Saturday in the Olympics and I couldn't see how...More

We were a group of Scandinavian Hammers. We were in London and watched a game, and next day we took the stadium tour. Great to see behind the scenes. Try out the substitutes seats is always an honour. Absolutely worth to try out this tour.

Went to see West Ham v Everton in the new stadium for the first time and decided to splash out and use the Londoner Claret hospitality suite where you get access to a private lounge, decent seats, pie & mash and a programme. It's a...More

Tour was great. My son, who is 9, thought it was fantastic. The staff were all really helpful and happy to answer any questions and take photographs for us. Not rushed and able to take as long as we wanted in each area.

I'm attending the GN'R concert and have never been to the stadium before. Is it easy to navigate? Can't seem to find any decent seating plans online and the one I did find didn't show my seat. Any good websites that will show me? Finally, are they likely to close Pudding Mill Lane? It said on the website sometimes stations close during large events. I'm planning on getting the DLR back from there after the concert. Cheers

Hello, I'm going to see Depeche Mode on 3rd June and have golden circle tickets. What time is best to arrive and can you get beers/use the loo once inside? Thank you!

I don't know what time you should arrive, I only ever go to the stadium to see West Ham, but in relation to your question about drinks and toilets, there are plenty of both, the drinks are expensive though, but the toilets... More
