Loved this. Me and my husband done this whilst waiting to go into the o2. Definitely an experience. Emirates are always first class at what they do and this is no exception. Good value for money. Definitely worth a visit if you are local.

Pretty much as the title says, the views were great and the price was great. Only waited 2 minutes on a Saturday afternoon, £6.50 I think it was (possibly less) which is great value for this type of ride anywhere, never mind in London.

Took the family to the O2 for a day event and decided to do the scenic route, we weren't disappointed. I'd recommend having an Oyster card for everyone over 10 to get the best price, unlike most other transport in London over 5's need a...More

This is a great thing to do in London if you are on a budget, if you have a travel card or oyster card then you can get a £1 off, just show them at the ticket office as they don't seem to promote it...More

Taken us 5 years to do this but worth the wait. A bit busy as such a lovely night, but still not too long to wait. Reasonably priced with our Oyster cards. Clean cars and stations and pleasant staff. Both daylight trips and night trips...More

After seeing this on the Olympics really wanted to have go. Myself and two daughters were staying close to Excel and we're heading back into central London to return home. Only a couple of stops from Excel on the DLR. We had visitor oyster cards...More

We used the cable car to travel to the O2 from Victoria Docks. Virtually no queues on a Tuesday afternoon. Used contactless payment facilities. Very convenient. Views great. Would recommend doing once!

Went on in the evening, music plays in the capsule, amazing views, it's really high if you don't have a head for heights then it's not for you! I'm not normally bothered by heights but did feel a little anxious in the middle. Breath taking...More

It looks a long way from the Houses of Parliament but take the riverboat to North Greenwich and for a remarkably cheap £3.50 with a travel card you can have a totally different perspective of London. The Royal Docks , Thames Barrier , O2 and...More

You can park at the O2 it's the closest. Depending on how long you'll be as it's not cheap. Pre book the parking :)

The cable car is pretty much whenever you want. It's a continuous loop with one gondola every 20 seconds or so. The exhibition is a timed ticket in an attempt to control crowds. Most of these types of places tend to be OK if... More
