A really nice place to visit. The contrast between the different times the buildings were build is beautiful. The garden is fantastic and you can enjoy a really quite place near the city.

We love Art Deco so this was a treat. It's interesting how the modern wings were attached to the ancient Great Hall. It was a glimpse into the lifestyle of the idle rich in the 1930s with all their modern conveniences (which we now take...More

We visited Eltham Palace on a very busy August Sunday. It should be noted that it is closed on Saturdays which I thought was odd during the summer. We took the bus to Eltham high street and walked for about 15 minutes to get to...More

An amazing building with an amazing history, been meaning to visit for ages and wasn't disappointed. The Courtauld wing is amazing to see and wander around.

A fine example of Art Deco Architecture, rich woodwork and fine detail. The rooms have been recreated using original artifacts, you get a,real feel for the period. As a bonus there is the rebuilt Medieval Great Hall. Lovely landscapes grounds with great views towards London.

Eltham palace is different from most as it's built in the Art Deco style. The original great hall is attached to the more modern part of the palace. There is a great playground for children and lovely tearooms.

I arrived at the Palace having walked from Eltham. There was no information about how to get tickets so I wandered up a path that seemed to be leading towards the Car Park which I didn't need! Eventually I realised that they were selling tickets...More
