Grade II listed, fantastic green open space with large lake. Great place to relax and escape the urban sprawl. Abundance of wildlife, flora and variety of birds including Swans, Canada Geese andMallard Ducks.

Took a lovely walk through Wanstead Park and saw the Bluebells in the forest.... stunning! .... Had a cup of tea at the little tea room too which was gorgeous just sitting outside looking out over the pond. Worth a visit for some tranquility.

This park is what is left from a majestic country residence and gardens. The hose is long gone and the gardens are not well maintained, and at the moment the pond is too low. On the positive side there are kingfishes, woodpeckers, loads of other fauna and flora.

Lovely mainly wild park offering peace and quiet in East London. Particularly beautiful when the native bluebells are in bloom.

This was a wonderful surprise just off the A406. Parkland, trees, lakes, a river & lots of walks. Really enjoyed a stroll around here on a warm spring afternoon.

There are Lovely lakes and walks here but it can get a bit busy at weekends if the weather is fair. Get away from it all and some air in your lungs! Free too! Put the phone away! LOL

Absolutely beautiful park. You wouldn't think it's in London. It's away from the hustle and bustle, it's clean and stunning views around the reservoir. In the summer months it doesn't get as busy as you might expect. It's a hidden gem.
