It is a huge statue ok Queen Victoria sitting on thrown with angle and mermaids carved around in all four directions. Then there is a small pool around the statue with some cute little ducks in it. Over all nice.

Beautiful monument outside Buckingham Palace adds even more grandeur to this sight seeing destination. It also helps disperse the crowds slightly and is a nice spot to sit and take in the Palace.

This monument is located in front of Buckingham Palace . Queen Victoria ruled from 1837 to 1901 making her one of the longest serving monarchs surpassed only by the present Queen. A magnificent monument, it is a must visit.

It is just another Memorial, like many others in different cities around the world, but it has nothing that makes it special. Tourist do not plan visiting it as another attraction. It is visible only because it is just in front of Buckingham Palace.

The Victoria Memorial has been fixed up like new, all new gilding and sparkly clean. Another must see for free.

It is right in front of the palace. So you will get to see it as you are passing by. It is also a good location to be in if you are watching the change of the guards.
