The bridges of London are wonderful. Historic and functional. From the centre of the bridge you can get great views of thd City of London inc Houses of Parliament, London Eye, Cleopatras Needle. You can also watch the boats going up and down the Thames

Westminster Bridge has the best view of London's most iconic sites: the Bid Ben and London Eye. You have some really great photo opportunities during both day and night. A must see when visiting London

As London bridges go, Westminster isn't anything special. There are prettier and more interesting bridges. However, the view across to Parliament and Big Ben is pretty delightful, so it's worth a stroll out in order to get that view.

It was built in the mid seventeen hundreds and is painted predominately green , the same color as the seats in the House of Commons but apart from that trivia it does give a splendid view of the Thames and the historical buildings around, and some not so historical..

While out walking one evening, while staying in London. Walked across Westminster Bridge. Even though it was dark the views were incredible, of Big Ben, The London Eye and the banks of the Thames.

Westminster Bridge is a bridge over the River Thames. It links Westminster on the north side and Lambeth on the south side. This is a foot and traffic bridge, mostly painted green, the same colour as the leather seats in the House of Commons. This bridge was renovated some 10 years ago. Palace of Westminster, County Hall, and the London... More
