The market today consist of a series of very different modern shops and eateries. At our visit a soprano and a string quartet stood for the entertainment at the bottom floor.

This is such a lovely place! Never-mind the market quality, the building itself is a great place to visit - you can learn a lot about how markets used to look like in the past. I went there twice just to see it again.

Plenty of shops to keep you occupied for a while. The smells are amazing. Like all markets however there is a fair bit of tat as well.

went there to buy wedding flowers, best to get their early, great buzz amazing flowers and all you need for floral displays, be preapered to buy in bulk so go with friends

This is a very pleasant market to go to all indoors so great for any weather surrounded by lots shops eateries and frequent free entertainment such a great atmosphere and great bargains too . A nice place to visit !!
