On March 18 and 29th I went to watch the popular musical, Les Miserables. I observed two amazing performances in which I witnessed a life changing show. From the actors to the scenery each detail added to the skin crawling atmosphere. This is definitely a show worth watching. If you want the best experience I recommend sitting on either the... More

Me and my two daughters enjoyed this fabulous musical! We sat in the front row and was "blown away" by this fantastic show. The ensemble at Queens theatre are highly professional, they act and sing so beautiful that it almost hurts. This was a night that we will forever remember!

Les Miserables is one of our favorite musicals and watching it in a London theatre was our dream. It did not disappoint. Outstanding cast, performances, props - simply breath-taking. We only had one night availability to see the show and took the chance of walking to the theatre for tickets one hour before show-time. Thankfully there were two left. Not... More

Because it's an absolutely wonderful show. Previously went to see this in London in the 90s and returned now with our teenagers who knew the songs and music from the movie etc…. and there is a good reason why the movie was filmed as a musical rather than an adaptation of Victor hugo's amazing novel. Well done Claude-Michel Schönberg; a... More

Absolutely wonderful show. Previously went to see this in London in the 90s and returned now with our teenagers who knew the songs and music from school choirs etc. We were all really impressed by the staging which is fantastic. Only negative comment would be that several people around us in the stalls were chatting during all the group numbers;... More

Just a truly magical experience. The staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful in all parts of the theatre. I couldn't fault them. The show was incredible and we were in awe of the actors and set. The theatre is lovely and feels intimate. My only (very tiny) grumble would be is how hot the theatre was during the entire performance.... More

Having seen the movie we had always wanted to see the show but had wanted to wait for our children to be old enough to really enjoy it. So on 5th April we travelled up to London with our 9 year old son and 15 year old daughter for a matinee performance. We were sat in the dress circle a... More

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
