My wife and I went to Yuki's kitchen for a ramen class and loved every minute. So practical and relaxed. Small enough to feel like it was one to one. Made the complex recipes and methods seem really easy. We'll def be back for sushi making class!

I was bought a voucher for Yuki's Kitchen for my birthday and went along with my girlfriend for a Saturday afternoon's lesson in the Ramen Noodle Class. We were shown how to make the perfect stock for the soup base and then three different styles of ramen noodle dish (Shoyu ramen, Miso ramen and Tan Tan ramen) all of which... More

We attended a Ramen noodle class, Yuki demonstrated three different dishes and every single one was delicious and surprisingly easy. Yuki is a great teacher and made the class very easy to follow. Welcomed with a lovely cup of tea and made to feel at home. The class was intimate with hand out's and Yuki emailed all the tips and... More

Yuki was awesome. We had a surprise birthday celebration and Yuki brought Saki to pair with our sushi. Her teaching skills were excellent and the sushi that we made was incredible. She herself brought fun to the evening and we had an amazing time. We could not have had a better experience and more enjoyable evening. Thank you Yuki.

The 2 hour session was full of helpful tips and tricks and the hands-on approach resulted in a huge plate full of various... More

I attended the sushi at home class on Saturday November 19th 2016. Yuki's relaxed, informative style of presenting works and I think all of the class responded and enjoyed it. Be of no doubt that as soon as diary commitments permit - I will attend another of her courses. In summary - she took a lot of the mystery out... More

My wife and I did Yuki's ramen class yesterday afternoon. It was a lot of fun. Yuki gave us lots of interesting information about making the Japanese soups from the origins and types of miso, to a tour of common food ingredients to lots of interesting insights into Japanese culture. (including the dangers of Japanese pubs - you'll have to... More
