I've visited before, but never been in screen 9, I shan't be going to screen 9 again, it didn't matter where you say in there you were on top of the screen, luckily I didn't pay anymore than usual subscription to my cineworld unlimited pass otherwise I'd be demanding my money back, I've often wondered how cinemas that have a... We went to see Arrival and although a very good film and nicely laid out cinema it still cant jusify the cost of £42 for an Adult and two children to watch this film. We went as a treat as we were visiting London. I doubt we will come back. Like i said nice clean laid out place but too... More

We paid £18 each for what we thought would be an amazing experience based on our last visit. Left disappointed. Located Screen 1 after asking staff member who also didn't seem that sure. Apparantly now called Impact on the right hand side should anyone else have difficulty. Better signage is needed, and also a description on what you are paying... More

This place on Leicester square, right next to a casino, is mostly obliged by tourists and they have kept high price of GBP 20 for the tickets. Thier restaurant is also exorbitantly expensive. Now it is more like an Imax. Sound and screen performance is good. Seats are a bit congested. Toilets are OK. One can go to a movie... More

We watched the inferno. It was comfortable and soo big. I think 20£ for a film is a bit much but I you want the big screen it will worth for you.

On a rainy evening we went out to see a movie while in London. The prices were a little high for admission, but the concessions were reasonable and delicious. And the seats were super comfortable and roomy.

Why call Screen 1 "Impact?" The poor staff constantly asked by confused customers where Screen 1 is as there is only signage for 'Impact' and tickets say 'Screen 1' Put visible row letters in the Impact screen, no signage, lots of people with their mobiles trying to find out the letter of the row. Can't even guess as row D... More

Manager was very unhelpful. Cinema is no longer Empire as taken over by Cineworld. Would not honour vouchers that we had. Said her name badge had the Cineworld logo on it. I'm sorry but that's a poor excuse. Considering your queuing line banner, front doors & massive company logo above your front entrance clearly states Empire. She stated that they... More

It is one of the good cinema in the west end. Snacks service is a little bit slow. Prices are acceptable.

Went there to watch bridget Jones diary, first time there, quite impressed, nice large seating plenty of foot room, didn't have to get up, to let people pass, quite loud though and the other problem, was that, although the film hadn't started, the lighting was really bad, people couldn't see seat numbers, had to use, their mobile phones, and it... Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
