About
Iconic St Katharine Docks is Central London's only marina and has evolved into a thriving waterside community featuring modern and unusual office space, luxury homes and quayside dining and shopping. A stone's throw from the Tower of London, the site has a fascinating history. Opening in 1828, the Thomas Telford-designed dock was once one of the busiest ports in the UK, renowned for handling luxury goods, sugar, rum, spices, perfumes, wines and tea. Today, St Katharine Docks is home to a range of leading companies and brands including tech incubator Rainmaking Loft, Tom's Kitchen, CAU, Bravas Tapas and artisan coffee shop White Mulberries. Every Friday, the Docks hosts the popular World Food Market, serving some of the capital's best street food.

    Swanky Boats and Swanky Bars
St Katharine Docks is right next to Tower Bridge. Based on its location and that it is so close to the city of London it is quite an exclusive area. Surrounding the water are lots of former warehouses that have been converted into offices and flats with bars and restaurants on the ground floor. Moored up on pontoons in the water are the creme de la creme of boats! I saw yachts, cruisers and narrowboats moored up although when I visited there seemed to be no one about. There are a couple of statues in the area which make for good photo opportunities. It's a nice place to visit if you have not seen the area before and there are some nice views of the River Thames as well.

A stunning night out at this beautiful part of London!
St.Katherine's Docks is simply magical in the evenings. There is an array of places to eat and drink and in my opinion one of London's most wonderful areas. I have been a few times and look forward to returning, if nothing else to enjoy the romantic views of the docks!

Lovely restaurants and places to go to eat. Not far from the Tower of London. Would definitely recommend for a nice meal.

A hidden gem of a place with fancy boats moored up and a good choice of places to eat. It is nestled behind that concrete carbuncle of a hotel by Tower Bridge.

So nice to find such a place right by the Tower of London. Beautiful boats to look at and buildings housing fabulously expensive apartments.

Have to say after experiencing several restaurants you have a new worker in st Catherine docks and I believe her name is Sophie. So much into details just a great gain for your company. Nick c

Really nice place to take a walk on a chilly Saturday morning by the marina and then have breakfast. Lovely. Not too busy. Nice views. There are many restaurants and coffee shops around the dock. Easy to walk. Clean. This isn't Dubai or Monaco but still a nice walk. I think they can maybe have more shops or other things rather than just eateries. Nice anyway. Guessing it will be lovely at night and in the summer. Would come back. Very close to Tower Hill underground.
