Savile Row
Top ways to experience Savile Row
The area
Neighbourhood: Mayfair
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.

Savile row is a historic street and it is known as a mens tailored clothing. Authentic luxurious and expensive tailored suits. I don’t really believe only Savile row tailors can do magic with fine fabrics, there’s few other tailors are in London they can make amazing bespoke shirts and suits.
I personally experienced a shirtmakers called CEO’S LEGACY, the name is strange and the representative didn’t create a sense!! But their service and shirts are simply amazing, the shirt is perfect fit and the quality of fabric is super nice. I live in Dubai I had a trip to London and a tailor visited my hotel and provided fantastic service, they have all world class fabrics like Jermyn street and Savile row tailors uses.

I had a wonderful experience with a shirtmaker in London, they do online and visit customers at their doorsteps. I had a busy business trip to London I stayed a hotel in Canary Wharf, there was no bespoke shirtmakers in that area, need to travel central London Thackeray one .
I searched online and I found a company offers home visit, I contacted them with my friends.
A tailor visited us with 1000s of fabric samples and collar, cuff samples. He measured us .
Finally I received my shirt at home with in 2.5 weeks and it was amazing. I think it’s a new idea of ordering bespoke at home

Super street that has the highest quality of cloth you would ever require for a tailor maid suit. This is not a place for those without money!

Savile Row runs parallel to Regent Street and is considered the place to go for a suit if you are a gentleman.

There are some exclusive stores in this road and it would be very easy to get kitted out with clothes. At a price....

My husband and I happened upon the fabled Saville Row while wandering off Regent Street. The extremely upscale shops are where you buy hand-tailored suits, amazing hats and shoes, and more. The small stores were fun to peek into and imagine being able to afford to walk thru a door held open by a well-groomed doorman.

My husband and I were arrested on Waterloo Bridge and taken with sirens blaring to Savile Row Police Station where we were questioned for a few hours and then locked up for a few hours more, before being released at midnight. The police were very courteous and polite and attentive. When we complimented them on this they said our group (from Extinction Rebellion) were the best behaved and cooperative prisoners they had dealt with for a long time!
