stopped here for a quick beer and lunch. Nice pub in the heart of London. Service was good, and food very good for pub food. I'd return if in the area.

The service was as bad as the food. Ordered the fish and chips. It was more of a battered stickleback and a handful of chips dumped on a plate (albeit chips were ok). Fish was pretty tasteless though but all ok if you have the...More

When our food did arrive it was lovely but the service is very slow. We ordered Nachos to share, it took over 30 mins because they had sent our order to the bar and had to make another batch. Our main meal was lovely also.

Authentic place with authentic beer. Really close to Trafalgar Squere, after the National Galery on your way to the Big Ben is a lovely place to dring a good Watson beer and to eat something tasty.

Rude staff with no interest in service. Belgium beer served in water glasses. I though the service was the worst part of the experience until the food arrived. The "toast" served with the soup was still partially frozen; the rest of it was room temperature...More

Go here for the food, not the pub experience. The pub is just ok but the restaurant upstairs is great. Lots of cool tchotchkes decorate the walls and the food is great. It's a fun experience.

It is 18, but it is not illegal to have a beer, wine or cider from 16 if you are having a meal with adults at a private house or licensed premises.

I doubt it. When I visited everyone was having sit down meals only. Try fishworks if you want excellent takeaway fish and chips. £10 and not that far away.
