We cut through and it's only when you slow down that you realise just how lovely this part of London really is, in amongst the hustle and bustle of the surrounding area. Highly recommended for a 'calm down' visit if you're up town.

Just across Constitution Hill from Buckingham Palace, and bounded to the north by Picadilly, this is a very pleasant park. Not the largest in London, but the advantage of that is that you can quickly pop out on to a busy street.

Loveley informal park near to the Palace. You could think it was a deck chair extravaganza from the number of rental chairs set up in this loveley green parkland. Well used by locals

Located next to Buckingham Palace- the Green Park is a Royal Park! But there were no spring flowers, no landscaping worth the mention- and no play area- like Hyde or Regents Park. Wish it can be developed better!

It is actually green, and you can lay down and relax. Chair for rental were available for nearly 2 pounds per hour.

Set beside some of London's best parks and home to
world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed
thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of
London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is
haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is
vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic
