At 400 years, the oldest pub in Covent Garden has hardly changed over the years and is proud of its heritage. A truely traditional English pub.

Good range of beer and ale, some quaffable. House wine was acceptable. This small, old Covent Garden pub offered a lively atmosphere within, warmly lit tucked away beyond the bustling streets. Staff were helpful in the whole, until kick out time when their darker side could be seen.

Old pub off the beaten path of busy Covent Garden - thankfully it was sunny outside. Great local ales. Visit every time we travel to London.

A great find. A pint of beer each and bangers and mash and fish and chips. Nice sausages and the fish was lovely and fresh. Helpful staff. Great old heritage listed pub. A must

Typical English Pub. One of the oldest. Worth it for a true pub experience! We were able to get a table upstairs though a room was reserved so I guess they allow for reservations. Beer was a bit tepid but crisps were good.

A friend knew this pub and brought me and a couple of mates here for some pints. Definitely a very good choice, friendly and cosy. One of these places you have to visit when around. We´ll be back!

The Lamb & Flag is a favourite pub tucked away on a tiny road off Garrick St, Floral St and New Row near Covent Garden. We often do Fish n Chips, Steal & Ale Pie or other pub specialties. This is one of the oldest pubs in London with some interesting past visitors and history.

Charles Dickens local, gory history and a decent pint of London Pride in Covent Garden. What more could a tourist want in a pub

The Lamb and Flag is a lovely little pub located in Convent Garden. The main entrance can be found down a small alleyway, where an attack on poet John Dryden took place in 1679. Once nicknamed "The Bucket of Blood", this pub hosted many bare-kuckle fights in the 19th century and was favourited by author Charles Dickens. The Lamb and... More
