At 400 years, the oldest pub in Covent Garden has hardly changed over the years and is proud of its heritage. A truely traditional English pub.

If you want to go to pubs that have character this one is okay. But I'm not terribly fond of pubs. This one has sort of sticky wooden surfaces and has that sort of sticky unclean look. It's probably because it's an old building. But...More

Every time I go to the Lamb & Flag I struggle to find it, but it is certainly worth the effort. It feels genuinely old and the beer is good. And no irritating music. I will continue my "tradition" to have a pint there on...More

I was told about this classic old pub by a colleague who always visits when he's in London. My partner loves the traditional historic pub as opposed to the chain bars that are dotted around the Covent Garden area and thought we would give it...More

A pub with some serious history well worth a visit. Did not stay for supper but time to have a pint and enjoy the atmosphere. Old but worth the visit!

What a nice surprise. We saw this pub at the end of an alley. It was a great old style pub. I did not know the history until after we went. If your in London I recommend tracking this Pub down.
