This is a beautiful part of the English canal network. I suggest taking the walk from Camden all the way up to Little Venice. It is about 3km (almost 2miles) but it's an easy and beautiful walk. Once here, grab a coffee or an ice...More

Walked from Paddington to Westbourne and yes that's probably not far but the ripped bags of rubbish were enough to put myself and my partner off. Lots of debris in the canal as well, in the Midlands they call the canal 'the cut' but in...More

Little Venice is a beautiful canal path with interesting cafe's and restaurants. You also have the shops and bars towards the centre of London if you are just walking around. We went to the Canals and Waterways Cavalcade, as our friends had sailed up and...More

It's worth a visit when the sun is showing. You get a nice boat ride coupled with some interesting information on the canals and the bridges. The end-point is the Camden food market which works out pretty nicely

If and only if you have nothing else to do you can go and take a stroll in Little Venice. Not much to do but better than staying at your hotel.

Hi everyone. I'm writing a short essay about this place and would like to kindly ask you to answer the following questions. I just want to know your ideas or thoughts about this site. Do you know why is Little Venice called as such? Do you have any idea where did this name come about? Do you agree with its labelling? Why do you think Little Venice has been created and produced as such? How is the idea of Little Venice being presented? Does it look like Venice city? What were your expectations before coming to Little Venice? Has this visit met those expectations? Thank you very much :)
