Outdated, poor quality clothing. Not worth is once deserving status as a great Sunday market to visit.

I haven't been to Petticoat Lane Market in years, but when I paid a visit a couple of weeks ago, I... read more

A place mainly for locals. Can walk hours and find nothing although plenty of thins around you. Don't spend time for it, many others better than it.

Used to go there in the sixties but it's dead now and Camden is King. Petticoat Lane just hasn't moved with the times

Lots of stalls selling cheap clothes , a bit like an outdoor Primark although one stall was selling M&S trousers. If you are in the mood for a browse then you might find a bargain. I bought two T-shirts, one Large and one X-large which...More

Very limited choice of cuisine, mostly cheap halal places doing average dishes. The jamaican stand is pretty good. I recommend their curry goat and oxtail stew

Famous for its selling of petticoats in the distant past and close to where Jack the Ripper haunted in his life of crime, so packed with history but not outstanding compared to hundreds of other fascinating London alleys and lanes.

Large street market selling clothing and footwear of all kinds. Worth a visit just to soak up the atmosphere but depends on the type of clothes you buy to whether this place will suit you.

The best thing about this market and the only real good thing to me is the street food. It's good value, good quality and fast, perfect if you are passing by or work close by. If you aren't near by already though I most likely...More

I'm afraid the most famous London Market is now just a tourist location, as an east ender, Sunday mornings my family would always hit Petticoat Lane for a few bargains. However, now there is little there to excite apart from one or two international Delis....More

class galleries or famed curry houses, you're bound to
be wowed by the uniquely cosmopolitan flavor of
Whitechapel. Long gone are the days when Jack the
Ripper stalked its streets. And despite his mysterious

It is not open only Sundays, I have been multiple times on a Friday as I work nearby. Fridays are usually busy, the market is there (probably not as many clothes as on Sundays but still enough) and there are more food stalls... More
