This is the iconic London bridge (actually called tower bride) its small, but very cool, I recommend to see it at night, as the light make it come to life.

Tower Bridge was about an hour. Although this depends on how long that you admire the view.

I agree with the rest of the Answers. I rented a Car when I went to London and I am VERY sorry I did. Having a car there, ( I think it's by design) is more of a liability than an asset. If you have one, Do not park like... More
