Visited on a Saturday during the Diana exhibition. Thankfully got tickets online and had them posted to us otherwise we would have queued for ages to collect them. Interesting rooms. Diana queue was 1.5 hours. Would have been better to have a timed ticket to avoid waiting. Cafe had good selection of food and drinks.

We booked to see the dresses of Lady Diana, a few days before we booked a weekend in London. It had only been opened a couple of days before we arrived. It opens at 10am and we arrived around 10.30 There was a queue when we arrived and as it had not moved in 10 minutes I thought that more... More

Yes we knew it was the first weekend of the "Diana dresses" exhibition however the organisation and layout of the whole experience was confusing and a let down. Queues to get in, then an hour queue to get in to the exhibition only for the exhibition to be a "moving queue" effectively. People turning in all directions as in clear... More

I visited Kensington Palace with 2 friends to see the Diana her fashion story exhibition. I had booked the tickets in advance which were sent to me by mail. When we arrived, we joined a long queue to get into the palace. After a few minutes, an official appeared and we asked if we had to queue even though we... More

It should have been expected that any exhibition featuring Princess Diana and widely publicised in National media would attract a lot of interest but they seemed overwhelmed by the amount of people. We purchased tickets on line but did not appreciate that these were not tickets but vouchers as was the case for the majority of people who joined us... More

Booked 'tickets' easily online - specifically with the intention of going purely to the Diana Dresses exhibition. The ticket price (£14 each) also gives you access to the Palace itself but we only wanted to visit the new exhibition. Understandably, particularly due to it being in the opening days of the well-publicised event, there were queues. However we felt that... More

Had to exit to re enter to Diana exhibition, luckily this was t a problem when queuing again outside to re enter , but maybe won't be so lucky for... More

As a member of Historic royal palaces got the opportunity to preview the Diana exhibition. Visited all of the separate rooms too. Very interesting artefacts. Enthusiastic guides. Nice cafe. Diana exhibition was interesting with lots of recognisable frocks. Had seen one or two at the V and A but they had tracked down a few more to bring together. There... More

My partner treated us with his sister to tickets to Kensington Palace including the new Diana Exhibition on her dresses. When we arrived we were encouraged to view the rest of the palace before the exhibition. At the end of the tour we were shuffled outside to join the queue for the Diana exhibition and informed it would be an... More

A great day out for young and old. An historical house steeped in history. A great place for youngsters to learn a bit about our Royal family.
