Off to a very bad start when not permitted to opt out of 'paying the extra donation'. In general, staff were lazy, more interested in ending the day - which they did EARLY, at 15:45. The very first room had no descriptions, on or near,...More

I tried to book tickets for me and my daughter to visit Princess Di’s exhibition but the booking system advised that it was full. I then realised that you get to see them within the full visit of Kensington Palace so I booked that way....More

A beautiful Palace steeped in history. The audio guide was very helpful as we walked through. Make sure you see the Diana exhibit - such beautiful dresses.

We went to Kensington Palace during our stay in London primarily to see the Diana dress exhibition. As we have Royal Palaces membership the visit was essentially free, with a 10% discount on our gift shop purchases. We'd already been to several other Royal Palaces...More

I went especially for Diana's exhibition so my time was too tight. The exhibition is not big so I would say less than an hour unless you want to take photos for every piece. For the Palace itself, it is worth to spend more... More
