Hectic whilst in Madame Tussauds. Got shoved left, right and centre. There should be a queuing system or something. Enjoyed the wax works but ended up hating my trip there due to the lack of organisation. Won't be going again. Disappointed with this attraction considering...More

Staff outside very unhelpful, had to queue about half an hour even though we had a time slot. Was to crowded, inside, like a cattle mart. Wouldn't go there again. Waste of money.

We visited this attraction from 3pm on a Sunday, and JUST ABOUT managed to do everything with our 10 and 12 year old in the time we had; we had expected the tour would take an hour or so, but there is so much here,...More

The wax museum was very crowded and very expensive. Even with purchasing a fast pass ticket, there are still two additional attractions inside the wax museum which they demand additional payment for, which is ridiculous. Had we not paid for skip the line access, I...More

We booked tickets online for a time slot of 9am as we knew there were long queues during the day. This meant getting up early but it was worth it to avoid queuing. We were able to wander around at ease, take as many photos...More

Went with my mum. Queued for hours on a sunday. Took us literally an hour to go round the entire thing, every exhibit was out dated and poor quality. Not impressed. Waste of money.

£35 a ticket!!! Long queues and not enough going on! Wish we had gone on the London eye instead. Please update the experience and make it more fun. At least we’ve experienced Madame Tussaud’s but wasn’t for us.

If you purchased premium tickets, you can no longer go in early. If you’re standard tickets from the start, no problem. Just know that the later in the day you go, the longer the lines are.

You shouldn't have to wait hours if it's a busy day then you may have to wait a little while but they are pretty good and try and get you in as quick as possible
