You will never forget the theatrical event that is Disney's THE LION KING. Brilliantly re-imagined by acclaimed director Julie Taymor, Disney's beloved film has been transformed into a spectacular stage production that explodes with glorious colours, stunning effects and enchanting music. At its heart is the powerful and moving story of Simba - the epic adventure of his journey from wide-eyed cub to his destined role as King of the Pridelands. 'There is simply nothing else like it.' One of the best

Definitely one of the best shows in my opinion- the costumes, the songs! I loved it. Well worth going to see. I've seen it twice and would go again.

This was the most amazing show, It was great from start to finish and we loved it. The cast were so professional . Also the theatre was very atmospheric. We sat in the interval wondering about all the performances it has seen over the years.

Booked to watch the lion king, easy to find and staff every helpful! Arrived around 6:55 (for a 7:30 show) and queues were already quite big, so arrive early! We booked for the grand circle, row B seats 24 and 25. The view was brilliant, could see everything, right in the centre! (Not good for someone who doesn't like heights)... More

If you only get the chance to see one show in the West End, make sure this is as it is fantastic. We took our 10 year old for her birthday and she absolutely loved it. Forget about the cartoon version as this is a stand alone show. The ensemble have beautiful voices and are so enthusiastic. The set and... More

Gave me goosebumps, FAB, what more can be said, we were sat right up as high as you can go, yes we couldn't see the animals enter up though the theatre until the last minute, but don't let this put you off from buying the cheaper tickets, it certainly didn't spoil it for us!!

Fantastic creative stage, actors (the kids was adorable) and singers (especially "Rafiki" impressed me a lot). A cozy evening. Flat floor in stall area - important to have equally high or lower people in front of you. Changing seats with my son so he could have a good view - I got a huge hairdo in my view. It's a... More
