You will never forget the theatrical event that is Disney's THE LION KING. Brilliantly re-imagined by acclaimed director Julie Taymor, Disney's beloved film has been transformed into a spectacular stage production that explodes with glorious colours, stunning effects and enchanting music. At its heart is the powerful and moving story of Simba - the epic adventure of his journey from wide-eyed cub to his destined role as King of the Pridelands. 'There is simply nothing else like it.' This is without doubt, the best stage show ever. It kept the children and I enthralled from beginning to end. The singing is superb. The costumes are out of this world. The musicians were brilliant and the conductor must have very toned shoulders from his non-stop performance. The tickets aren't cheap, but the sheer fabulouness of this show, somehow makes... More

After knowing the story I was expecting a melancholy experience but no, I was wrong. Hugely uplifting. The singing was superb. The fact that they mingle in the audience via aisles and you have actors singing right next to you is amazing. The wardrobe, the power, the comedy was all perfectly presented I felt happy n uplifted. I went with... More

The best theatre production I have seen in a while! Absolutely phenomenal and did not ruin the film at all. Hats off to you all!

I love the film and loved this production everything about it was perfect (apart from the overpriced sweet stool) I booked tickets for what I thought was middle seating turns out it was right at the back so was shocked when arrived but still heard and saw great

This is a really good show. Seats are very comfortable. Air conditioning makes it very comfortable. They bring drinks to your seat which saves you from rushing to the bar and queing. The young actors in the first half are amazing.

I had been to see Aladdin two weeks earlier which I thoroughly enjoyed and which I thought was a very good stage performance. However, the Lion King was an experience which I will remember for a long time. The performances from all the cast was exceptional, the lightning and effects were incredible and the music was first class. If you... More

We went to see The Lion king last night and just WOW! Our seats where 2nd row from the top of the grand circle and if I'm honest I would select them again, you could see the entire stage and performance the only thing you missed was the animals walking up the aisles to the stage but that wasn't even... Blew our mind. It's absolutely incredible. All the actors/dancers are incredible especially the main characters. I had been told it was amazing before I went but it exceeded all expectations. I can't recommend it enough. We were row E, five rows from the front, on the right hand side as you look at the stage, and our seats were two... More
