You will never forget the theatrical event that is Disney's THE LION KING. Brilliantly re-imagined by acclaimed director Julie Taymor, Disney's beloved film has been transformed into a spectacular stage production that explodes with glorious colours, stunning effects and enchanting music. At its heart is the powerful and moving story of Simba - the epic adventure of his journey from wide-eyed cub to his destined role as King of the Pridelands. 'There is simply nothing else like it.' It was my daughters birthday (15) so my wife and I took her to see the Lion King. We had good seats in row G in the Royal Circle. I would recommend the Royal Circle over the Stalls personally. Anyway, the show was just fantastic!...More

Must see. One of the best shows I have seen and I have seen loads. I have also seen this show on broadway too. Both excellent. Tickets a little pricy but worth it. Great day or night out.

Friday evening show and a packed house, which I believe applies to all performances. I really can't praise the show enough. The slightly dilapidated condition of the theatre, the 'bum numbing' seats and the ridiculous prices of food and drinks within the Lyceum didn't take...More

Fabulous show! Watched it in New York a few years ago and decided to see it in London and we we're not disappointed! The actors and actresses were brilliant! A must visit to all!!

This was a great choice for an evening at the theatre. Great performance and so much for the eye to see. My 9 year old loved every minute.

My daughter insisted on seeing this and I've probably seen it 5 times in the states and this production was by far the best ever! The cast and sets were extraordinary!

Don't get me wrong, it was amazing and I still can't believe how they did it. Only issue is that it was word for word the same as the film. Would have preferred some additional seances and some adult humour. Wouldn't go again

My husband and I showed up about 30 mins before show started...with no problems at all!
Which are the best seats for kids (5 & 9 yrs)? Torn between stalls for immersive experience vs royal circle for more holistic view. Worried that if we sit in stalls my youngest may not be able to see. This is once in lifetime for us so price not an issue. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks

if you Google "London theatre tickets", a number of websites come up, check for the most competitive rates. that's how I got our tickets. it was cheaper than the ticket stand outside our hotel.
